In this unique and engaging team building event, colleagues split into teams and compete in music-themed mental, physical, and skill-based challenges. For each completed challenge, teams earn points and acquire accessories and rhythm pattern guides as well as an array of instruments comprised of spare parts and home hardware supplies.
Then, teams use the items they’ve earned to channel their inner orchestra, rehearse for their own concert, and have some unabashed fun before putting on a final performance with the rest of the group.
Finally, teams will donate their “instruments” to a local charity that supports those in need of affordable housing.

There are three stages of Hardware Harmony
Where the event takes place is totally up to you – most of our groups prefer to run it in an indoor venue like a large meeting space, ballroom, or office. The activity makes for a great transition after a morning meeting session.
We typically require access to your venue for an hour and a half for set up before the event begins, and then between one to two and a half hours with your group for the activity, although this is totally flexible.
And yes, like almost all our team building activities, this event is completely scalable for large groups of any size.
Keep in mind that for really large groups with tight budgets, we’re fantastic at coming up with a solution that will work for everyone.

For hosted events, we have a minimum total investment level of $6,495. For larger groups we’ll be as flexible as possible to work within your budget. Pricing does not include any venue or location rental fees.
